A trolleybus is an electric vehicle designed to transport passengers along urban routes. It receives electricity from overhead catenary lines by means of current collectors - rods. Trolleybuses combine the features of buses and streetcars: the maneuverability of a bus and the environmental friendliness of a streetcar, as they run on electricity and do not emit exhaust fumes.
